Copyright & Takedown Policy

Last updated: 11 Oct 2026

IslandLoafStay / IslandLoaf (the “Service”), operated by AI CODE AGENCY PVT LTD, displays photographs, video, and text supplied by vendors, creators, and travelers. We respect copyright and remove infringing material promptly when it is reported.

1. Reporting infringement

If you own the copyright in material shown on the Service, or you are authorized to act for the owner, send a notice to our designated agent with all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  • The exact URL (or listing and photo) on the Service where the material appears, so we can find it without guessing.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Designated agent

Copyright Agent, AI CODE AGENCY (PVT) LTD

No. 33, Church Road

Kandana 11320

Sri Lanka

info@aicodeagency.org

Email is the fastest route and is monitored. Notices sent only to a vendor, or to a social media account, may not reach us.

3. What we do with a notice

  • We remove or disable access to the reported material, usually within two business days.
  • We tell the vendor or creator who uploaded it what was removed and why, and pass on your notice.
  • A listing that loses its photographs is unpublished rather than shown empty, so nothing is sold against images we no longer have the right to display.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your name, address, and telephone number. We may restore the material if the person who sent the original notice does not pursue the matter.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of vendors, creators, and users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others. A false notice or counter-notice can carry liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

6. Vendor and creator uploads

By uploading a photograph, video, or description, you confirm that you took it or have the owner’s permission, and you grant us the licence needed to show it on the Service and in material promoting your listing. You can withdraw that permission for future use by writing to us; we will remove the material and, where it was all a listing had, unpublish the listing.
